Ordering Transcript
Transcripts issued and signed by AUI’s Registrar’s Office are the official records accepted by other educational institutions.
For enrolled students, transcripts are issued upon the student’s request, through the online request form, available on AUI portal (login to your AUI Portal Account and go to "Online Academic Transcript Request" page).
For Alumni and students who do not have access to their portal for any reason, transcripts requests are processed following an email sent to registration@aui.ma, and upon completing the required payment (see the "Transcripts' Payment Procedure" below).
Under normal circumstances, requests for transcripts are processed within two working days (48 Hours excluding the weekends and holidays) of receipt of the payment confirmation from the Business Office (payment of 40MAD). An additional charge of 60 MDH applies for URGENT requests (24 hours excluding the weekends and holidays and after payment confirmation from the Business Office). Requests received during periods of registration, final exams and holidays may be delayed by a few additional days.
Transcript requests are delivered only to students in good financial standing with the University. Requests from students on financial hold cannot be processed until the Business Office has notified Enrollment Services of the payment. The requested transcript may be picked up from the office of the Registrar or mailed by post to a specific address.
Transcripts’ Payment Procedure
The best method of payment right now is either Western Union (outside Morocco) or Mandatti Express (inside Morocco). When sending money orders, please send the money order in the name of: Samira Rhioui Al Akhawayn University, Ifrane, Morocco The Western Union will give you an MTCN number and the post office will give you a tracking number that you need to email to us to pick up the money from the post office on campus.

Mrs. Samira Rhioui will notify the Registrar’s Office that your transfer has been processed.
IMPORTANT: (If not in Dirhams) check the Currency Converter before sending the money.
Transcript fee: 40.00 dirhams ($6 USD) (fee per transcript)
